We are back for the fourth year!
This is a Ticket Only event, spaces limited to 15. Tickets are £7 + booking fee.
Suitable for no experience to yoga at all, pre & post natal, the ‘Golden Ages’.
Ages 14+ (to be accompanied by a ticketed adult).
We will practice together abiding by social distancing measures (flags in the ground).
Classes are light hearted: There’s flowing bits and still bits and everything in between! The poses are in the category of NOT IG WORTHY 😎😊
Cancellation due to crap/wet weather
A decision will be made by 4pm and the Ticket company will begin the refund process. See Ts& Cs in Ticket Booking.
Access
Accessibility to the area is on uneven grass or via a footpath nearby that surrounds the pond. Contact George if you have questions/concerns.
- Toilets are on-site and there’s a large car park (free).
What to bring
A yoga mat or towel, water, layers, suncream, blanket for shavasana (the lying down bit), more layers, socks…
