By booking a class, private session or event with Georgina of Yoga Really Works you are entering into a contract which has the following conditions:
For classes that are conducted online
All classes are on the Zoom platform where they are taught in real time and Live. These classes are only accessible once you’ve booked and made payment. Then a link will be sent to you-this is not to be shared with anyone else. One booking is needed per person attending a class or event. Georgina Lane Gilbert of Yoga Really Works is not responsible If WiFi support fails during these Live events.
In person classes
These always require full payment in advance to secure your booking and entitle only the named person (submitted via Registration form) to attend. Missed classes cannot be refunded nor can they be credited by changing the dates. Under 16s must be attended by an adult.
Block booked classes: By booking a block of classes you are paying the full amount prior to the start date of that term/block. If you are unable to make any of the block there is no facility to extend, come to another class, or receive a refund.
Private sessions: Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellation period is 48 hours given in writing (email to yogareallyworks@outlook.com) If less than 48 hour notice is given the session is charged as taken.
Workshops and Day Events: For events that are a full day or less, then full payment is required at time of booking to secure your place. If you cancel with more than 28 days notice in writing then full payment less than £10 admin fee will be given. Cancellation of 28 days or less – no refund, credit or alternative will be given. You may be able to send a substitute in your place, but only if this is first agreed by Georgina of Yoga Really Works.
Cancellation of Event Circumstances:
It is expected that participants to events will have adequate personal insurance to cover all eventualities that might occur.
If Georgina of Yoga Really Works chooses to cancel an event then all monies paid to Georgina of Yoga Really Works will be refunded. In this circumstance Georgina of Yoga Really Works will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, including but not limited to travel costs, insurance costs etc
In the event of Force Majeure/unforeseen circumstances that hinders, delays, or leads to cancellation of any events Georgina of Yoga Really Works will not be liable for any costs incurred or to repay any monies received. Participants will be expected to claim under their individual insurance. This includes but is not limited to, severe weather, acts of terrorism, disease epidemics, government actions, natural disasters, war, strikes, and failure of 3rd parties such as venues/caterers to provide their services.
In registering for any event or service you agree that Georgina of Yoga Really Works shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay.
In registering for any event or service you agree to assume all risks associated with the event and or service and agree that no liability will be attached to Georgina of Yoga Really Works for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property, finances or health.
