GEORGE’S MARVELLOUS YOGA: RECONNECT SERIES 2023
The first one was in the old Blunts shoe shop in Cotteridge with the incredible Sarah (Primal Sound) creating a Sound bath. I have invited Sarah to offer monthly sessions @ The HL Therapy Pilate & Yoga studios. These are currently running Saturdays from 4-5.30pm.
