Just as nature is coming out of hibernation and shaking off its winter coat we will shift into Spring and open ourselves to new possibilities.
I will guide 2 yoga classes- an uplifting movement based one and a restorative, restful practice after lunch. These are suitable for Every body. You do not need to have been at a Class with myself to join.
The venue: The Fold is a not for profit organisation set on an organic farm whose values align well with YRW’s with them providing a sustainable and environmentally sound solution for the local community. Only a handful of what they do is hosting local seller markets, Yoga classes and making brilliant food!
For our Day of Yoga we will be in one of its outbuildings called The Carthouse. It is a spacious, separate wooden space with huge windows. It is our own for the day and comes with its own amenities including a kitchenette and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
The food prepared for us will be made of seasonal produce with as much of it grown onsite. I have tasted the Cafe lunch and it is superb! All dietary requirements can be catered for.

After a 2 course vegetarian lunch cooked/ served in the Cafe, we can enjoy a walk along one of the nature trails.
Returning in the afternoon for a nurturing practice with restorative postures, guided meditation to facilitate a deep rest…
